I couldn't either, but USCO isn't as comprehensive as it should be. But I'll see if anyone else weighs in. I checked the end credits and it said it was adapted for television, so it may be a made-for-tv film. I don't know if that has any bearing on this. I'm converting it anyway just in case it turns out to be ok.
